Information
Compilation of information on recurring complaints or other experiences in recent years in relation to terraces and restoration activities on public roads; and subsequent preparation of a report-summary of the current situation.
On June 11, a municipal working group will be held with the different internal agents related to the ordinance, in order to become aware of the current reality in relation to the terraces and make a diagnosis from the technical point of view.

Analysis and proposal of a new ordinance
a) Meetings with the catering sector:
- June 28: Two virtual sessions (one in the morning and one in the afternoon)
- June 29: Face-to-face session
b) June 30: Working group with civic and neighborhood entities
c) Working group with municipal spokespersons
d) Surveys at street level in the restaurant sector and also in the neighborhood
e) Possibility of making proposals through DECIDIM

Return
After the initial drafting of the terraces ordinance, all the actors involved in the process will be summoned to make a return and render accounts of the new Ordinance. There will also be a return to citizenship in general, through the publication of the Ordinance on the municipal website.
